With SUR, Keppel Bay Tower has achieved the following milestones:
- A 30% energy improvement from its 2017 Green Mark Platinum baseline
- Avoidance of nearly 40,000 tonnes of embodied carbon emissions
- Almost 50% more energy-efficient compared to average large office buildings in Singapore
- Reduced operating costs and commanding rental rates of around 10% higher than surrounding buildings
- More than 30% increase in net operating income, resulting in a higher building valuation
